Hebrews 3:7-19
Reading Time: 3 Minutes
1. The Burning Call of the Holy Spirit Today
Hebrews 3:7-11
God continually speaks to us through His Word, the Holy Spirit, and the circumstances in our lives. Hebrews 3:7-8 exhorts us: “Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.” Revival begins with a heart that is sensitive to God’s voice. Today is the day to respond with faith and obedience.
2. The Unbelieving Heart Turns Away from God
Unbelief is an obstacle that distances us from the Lord. Hebrews 3:12 warns: “See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.” When we doubt His promises, we drift away from His presence and purpose. Keeping a heart full of faith allows us to remain steadfast in His ways.
3. Enter God’s Rest Through Faith
Hebrews 3:16-19, Psalm 34
God’s rest is not only physical but also spiritual. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Unbelief prevents us from enjoying this rest, but faith opens the door to His peace. Psalm 34:8 encourages us: “Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.”
Today is the day of your revival. Listen to His voice, strengthen your faith, and enter His rest. Will you respond to God’s call today?
Sincerely,
Pastor Guillermo Ayala
