Introduction
God doesn’t only want us to believe in Him,
He desires our love.
Loving Jesus is not just an emotion,
it is a decision that transforms our entire life.
God desires that you love Him

The woman who poured perfume at Jesus’ feet understood something profound:
she had been forgiven, and therefore she loved much.
God loved us first.
He sent Jesus even when we did not deserve it.
👉 Our love is not born out of effort,
but from recognizing how much He loved us.
The greater the revelation of His love, the greater our response will be.
Loving Jesus frees us from the idols of the heart

The rich young ruler could not follow Jesus because he loved his riches more.
Jesus made it clear:
nothing can take His place in our hearts.
• People
• Money
• Achievements
• Security
Anything we love more than Jesus becomes an idol.
But when we truly love Jesus:
✨ We are free
✨ We can let go
✨ Our hearts align with Him
Jesus didn’t ask Peter about his talent…
He asked him: “Do you love Me?”
Today is a good moment to ask yourself:
• Do I truly love Jesus above everything else?
• Is there anything taking His place in my heart?
Loving Jesus implies total surrender.
Prayer
Lord Jesus,
thank You because You loved me first.
Today I choose to love You above everything.
Reveal any idol in my heart
and help me to fully surrender my life to You.
May my love for You be genuine, deep, and constant.
